Island Fever

Hawaii-Three-O
(Is that cheesy??!)
Two Week's Ago...
(Has it already been that long?!)
We Spent An Incredible Week in Paradise.
Like I mentioned before, we had six kids and eight adults along for the ride.
With that being said, getting through the airports, the plane ride, the car trips, and the dinner's out were wonderful!

This Kind Sums Up the Last Hour of The Plane Ride there!
I can't get enough of this picture!
:)

The kids were awesome, and the adults behaved themselves too!
(Thank you Apple Juice & Maui Mai-Tai's).

The Family LOGO!

Did I mention my father-in-law had a "Family-Logo" made for the trip?

And had this graphic embroidered on shirts, back-packs, tote's, work-out tops, and pool cover-ups?!
He Rocks.
It was the coolest & seriously one of the cutest things I had ever seen watching all of us "sport" the gear!
Walking through the airport was a scene for all watching eyes I was sure!

And speaking of rides, did I mention that our hotel had the coolest water slides a kid could ever imagine sliding down?
These are the slides of our "youth".
 (How old do I sound?)

But, basically, they are the slides that hubs and I used to spend hours riding as kids vacationing in Maui with our families.
(Before we met each other years later!)
We returned to our youth, and rode the waves of water (and laughter!) many, many times.

Samantha was in literal heaven.
Our little fish couldn't get enough of playing in the sand, chasing waves, diving in the deep end, slurping down Oreo shakes at 10 a.m. (I blame her father) and would wake up from her naps uttering the words- "dada...slides?!".
(Did I mention hubs let me lay by the pool every afternoon while he put Sam down for a nap?!)
(Yup, He Rocks too).

Da-Da Started Her on Oreo Shakes early in the week!
To say Samantha had Island Fever would be an under-statement.
Oh, wait, doesn't island fever mean your going crazy and want to get off the island?
So, better yet, lets say, Samantha had her own version of Island Fever.
And It was heating up with love, love, love!

The "Girl" Cousins!
Hawaiian PINK Flower!
My Loves!
We had the grandest time playing together as a little family of three, an extended family of fourteen (YES!), and making many, many, memories in Maui.
I can just close my eyes and feel the warm island breeze's blowing through my hair.
Oh wait...That's the dryer...

Time to Get Back to Laundry....

xoxo
